Aroma: Scents of berries, such as wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries
Taste: Fresh and lively on the palate with notes of freshly-picked berries on the finish
Fermentation: Grape bunches are picked by hand and sorted in mid to late October. After de-stemming, free-run juice undergoes a 12-hour maceration on the skins followed by a temperature controlled fermentation stainless steel tanks.
Aging: The wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel, and an additional month in bottle prior to release.
